Reflections and Progress

Here is a post from Daily Motivation that has me thinking today.

No matter how much progress you make on your healing journey, there will still be nights when feelings of intense sadness creep in.

Old memories may resurface, tears may flow, and your heart may feel unbearably heavy.

And that’s okay.

In these moments, allow yourself to be vulnerable without shame.

You don’t need to suppress your feelings to prove your strength.

You are still moving forward.

The strength you’ve quietly built over time is still within you.

You may not always feel it, but it will carry you steadily through every storm of life.”

The books and the Online Learning Platform are coming on strong – more info on these projects to follow!

I have been a teacher all my life. That doesn't just mean in School! I taught my brothers to ride bikes and go camping in the mountains. I taught Football, Cricket, Squash, Sailing, Climbing and Karate. In BNI I became the Education Coordinator. With my Property Business I laid on Investment Seminars. I taught my sons to Fish for Carp. And I still teach Maths and Physics to students who want to go to University to study Medicine or Engineering. Now I am teaching people the things I am learning online.
